Pan Am Clipper Martin MB130 Airplane Flying Boat 1930s in Honolulu.

In 1935 a PanAmerican China Clipper left Alameda, CA for Honolulu establishing the first scheduled trans-Pacific airmail service. At an average speed of 130 mph, it took 20 hours traveling with a cargo of 110,000 pieces of US mail.
