Consolidated XP4Y Corregidor. Designed as a maritime patrol bomber, the Corregidor demonstrated good flying characteristics, but the shortage of the Wright R-3350 engines (which were needed for the B-29) resulted in just one prototype being made, & Consoldiated focused on building PBY Catalinas.
